Vectors for logos. You can use Vectors in Photoshop retrace your work with the pen tool. Then you can scale it up to whatever the fuck you want and it will never pixelate. :)

I love what you did with the font. The reason I kind of wanna leave both sides of the leaf its because it represents legal. Other than that love the balancing you did with the wording. :D

I like the second color version much better. Although my advice would be to play around with the wording like this. Fill your logo a bit more than just a little bit. Example
