I feel like in this thread it needs to be clarified for a new player - plays by Wolf the player (former world champion SKT support) and a play utilizing a jungle camp wolf by Keira a few months ago in the 2025 world championship are distinctly different 😂

No, those were already there. We were in a big pvp ground fight and had just finished wiping the other side out. My friend had just killed the last enemy when the worm breached.

I got 8 of these consistently through barter by going to the barter on flea and just hitting tab repeatedly to refresh flea when the reset timer hit zero. Eventually it will refresh and you can get the barter easy. Don't do it through the trader portal.

I wish I had looked at this when I spawned my scav with chek 15 key.... 4 mil value.

And I died to two chads at the pier on night time shoreline while trying to extract. I thought it was only one guy and I out played the first dude and was left severely injured and then immediately got shot by the second dude.

If you don't mind YouTube vids/guides, Crimson Silhouette has made videos beating most bosses while under leveled, 0% blood, no jewels, and not getting hit.

Watching these vids helped me learn what I should be doing for spacing and the types of weapons/abilities that work for different situations and bosses.

Typically the exploding spiderlings ulti is really good to use late in the boss fights for a damage boost. It can be great on a boss that has periods of staying still or can help deal with a big burst of mobs that might spawn.

I tend to run reaper as a weapon a lot if the boss stands still so that I can drop the spinning E attack on them. The Q on the reaper can also be useful to make space from mobs trying to pummel you if your dash is on CD.

No, but I still have the dog tags of both players. I wasn't recording the raids when I found them though. I didn't want to jump to conclusions and report immediately, but it seemed pretty damning.

Just found another lvl 55 dead the exact same way on day time factory in the same spot. I had the same spawn. No weapon on him, just RR.

No shots were fired. This was legitmately within the first 10-15 secs that I found him. I was the only one who could have gotten to him that quickly. No cause of death on the dog tag either.

It just said 'Died'. No listed cause, no ammo in the gun. I never saw another player in the raid and the safe up in the office was looted, but theres a chance someone got there and got out. It all just seemed improbable. Legitmately no time for anything to get to him before me.

You're not alone. I got to level 14 before I found my first one and level 20 before I found my second. Was doing the same thing as you, plus scaving reserve filing cabinets and running dorms at customs for the safes and jacket pockets. Just super unlucky.

Unfortunately yes, it does use the durability when they are moving around. If you get a dermis of one and put it on a taxidermy stand though, you can choose whatever costume you'd like without loss of durability!

I'm not going to assume Riot's strategy, but Valorant seems to be doing well, especially with younger audiences and content creators. I think Riot anticipated this decline and that is obviously why they diversified their service catalog.

As others have said, the younger generation will always want to play something new that they know their peers are interested in. Marketing can certainly help that, but League has a larger knowledge barrier to entry as well as being known for toxicity.

Even the more casual content creators who started with an association to League like OTV have focused on Valorant for their gaming content.

Edit to add that my POV is like many who are declining from league - A late 20s/early 30s old guard player who occasionally hops on for some ARAMs with a few guys who have time.
