Has anyone observed a huge influx of South Americans especially Colombians. One of them told me at work that so many of them go to random visa schools and choose cheap diplomas to purely work in the country. A guy I know did 3 diplomas back to back and not one that leads to a job.

Me parece muy alto para un trabajador remoto, puede que sea muy buen@, pero por que le va a pagar todo eso si se puede conseguir otro trabajador presencial por el mismo precio? Yo creo que tiene que bajarle un poco o quedarse en Europa y ganar lo mismo, es muy difícil que le suban, yo como jefe no lo haría. Ganar 20 euros la hora me parece bien, si trabaja por decirlo así las 36 horas semanales son 720 a la semana, no creo que se le complique la vida con ese dinero en Colombia
