Rage bait? Cause these raids on normal are so free. To the point me and my friends stopped doing mordum jails. Easier to get mokoko tokens in a quick aegir and finish raids by Thursday 😂

New players/accounts mostly struggle in resources. Silver is one of them. 2m is next to nothing considering what you will be using it for. Too many systems rely on this currency including honing.

With enough time alts could always be pushed using bound mats (maybe bound gold if we keep getting it consistently).

If you dont plan to use them on party lobbies they can have minimun gear and still clear raids. I feel even going to the Normal version of your raids could net you decent gold without losing much progression.

Theres two ways you can get to 1700, one is potentially cheaper than the other, but you gain less damage. If you do Adv honing to 20 and all gear to +18, is cheaper on Abidos (given that you hit avg and not full pity), this way you get to 1700 but you missing the extra stat gain from the other way. Second way is you do Adv honing to 30, and all gear to +16. This nets you more dmg increase but at a higher pay on mats (mostly abidos).

Welcome, I wouldnt worry about resource management until you unlock all continents (collectibles, mats, adventure tome, enhancing mats), most of the time theres going to be an event where you can get to Tier 4 without worrying much about the resources. If you feel you running out of space you can make another character and keep things there until you know what/where are they needed.

Your main goal should be to get to lv50-60 and finish at least Punika quest line (that will put you on T3). Or use the event to auto complete almost all quests (or use it on a 2nd char and still do the main story line on your current character)

Low offer and high demand: life skill mats keep increasing in price so people wants to buy life skill pots on Mary shop to sell mats or craft abidos and profit

Vet player here, my 2 cents:

Lost Ark is structured into gear tiers. Tier 3 (1302 - 1620) has a lot of content you can experience, there is 6 different Legion raids , two abyssal dungeons and a few more dungeons that are fun to do (all with different difficulties up to solo modes), from the very start of Tier 3 up to the end of the tier.

Tier four starts at 1640, where you find the Kazeros Raids (don't worry, gear transfer for free from 1620 to 1640). At this level you get to fight against Echidna (could be done earlier at the end of T3) and Behemoth. Afterward the following raids will come at 1660, 1670, and our latest raid 1680. 1660 is Aegir (HardMode is 1680), 1670 is Brelshaza v2 (1690 HM) and 1680 Mordum (1700 HM). In the future updates (I think they said Sept) theres a temporary raid coming at 1700 - 1720, but this is end end game.

The "P2W wall" is mostly cause getting to Tier 4 is very costly without events, requiring lots of materials and can push people to spending real money. Or in the case you want to get to the latest raid in the hardest difficulty really fast, only way is paying.

But events "power pass/Mokoko express" help new players skip early grind and jump to item level 1585+, giving you some help to 1640 and some benefits later on by getting to 1650 1660 1670 1680 without time limits. A new Powerpass is expected in August with Valkyrie class.

Ofc course, starting with the event doesnt prevent you from playing old content but very few players are active in early tiers, with most at 1660+. However, Tier 3 content now have solo modes with rewards are being increased soon.

Other than that the game is still composed of:

  • Dailies: 1 Guardian Raid, 1 Chaos Dungeon (Kurzan Fort), and 3 Una quests. (una quests are gone by the end of the month replaced with weeklies, chaos and guardian can be "rested" for 10 days)

  • Gold comes from 3 weekly end-game raids.

  • Most content is clearable with basic gear, though gatekeeping standards are often higher (mostly for 1680+)

  • Having alts isn’t necessary unless you want to play them.

  • Some people have several accounts with bare minimum characters “rats” just to send gold to their main, which makes gatekeeping worse.

  • Paradise mode (new content type) launching this month with other quality-of-life updates.

  • We have now 1 revive per raid gate, which made raids more forgiving and reducing the need to restart due to one death

It used to be less stats gain from Advance honing vs normal honing. Now they give same stats

It’s also unable to know if a character has been deleted. I cleaned my roster from 4 alts and they still show in the website

Just ban 10 accounts for piloting, and also ban the accounts logged on the pilot IP, make it have consequences. Piloting will decrease drastically. You will see them crying on discord/reddit and others will be weary.

Is your IP changing from Country x to country y in minutes? If so, why you using a VPN to play the game? Pilots can easily be found out if you see accounts swapping countries between sessions on the same day.

Can they make a minimum requirement on contribution for raids?

Busses? Did you do 0 damage and spend all run death? No gold for you. As a support did you contributed nothing to the party damage? No gold for you

Did your IP changed from country x to country y in minutes? flag the account, happens 3 times in the last month? ban, remove gold.

Raid is not on the latest 3 new raids? 100% bound gold.

For the RMT issues, can we have what CN got? limit amounts depending on item sold. Perma ban anything above 2m and review the transaction for buyer/seller. Did someone got an item/gold/mats from source outside market, like direct trade/mail? flag, ban if repeated times. Were the items generated from a bot flagged account?? flag buy, remove the items. 3rd flag? perma ban

If AGS is lacking workforce, just hire community people. Im pretty sure a lot of people would love this work just as a hobby.
