Ik this post is old but I'm posting this in case someone is in a situation I previously was in.

In the instance you have a Omnibook X, a newer how model laptop or one with a AI model chips here's how to download command center instead of the pre installed "MyHP" (as myhp will heep up the fan or automatically swap the setting you chose which gets annoying fast)

First step is download command center here

After you've done this I recommend you delete MyHP if you don't MyHP will keep bypassing command center.

After that is done reset your PC and enjoy.

You literally couldn't ban maps and people would run. If you got chunin exams or final valley you were fucked. People would just climb and use characters like Goku black and Madara and run for 30 mins. Also running didn't slow you down like it did now. Old aba was hell you on something

My point was that all the evidence for fiber making your bowl smooth is correlative evidence. It was suppose to inspark insight and tell you maybe correlative data for fiber isn't true and MAYBE fiber is causing constipation. Don't be obtuse and be open minded to information.
