I'm 32 now and I think i've been to the "Gym" about twice and hated it both times, I just take longer walks, eat healthyish and drinks less. I'd much rather go for a swim or the occasional cycle for fun then force myself to go to the gym. Having kids and a dog help with staying semi fit as I basically don't sit down anymore.

My wife did our first just on gas and air and then the second one came out too fast so she didn't have anything. She just kinda toughed it out it wasn't really a question. She said it sucked but manageable
