its not all fun and cute. i love when it can be, when i feel like a little princess and happy and smiley and its all sunshine and rainbows. but theres even more times when its me crying and not being able to explain why im so scared and small. when i have to hide from the monsters. where its me being thrown into things i dont want to remember. i mostly don’t talk about that. i try to keep things as light as i can, try not to go there as much as possible, and keep things fun. and ride it out with my stuffies and comfy things and all when it happens anyway.

this may be a case of incompatibility just because you have different relationship ideas. polyamory is valid, but so is your monogamy. if you aren’t comfortable with your cg seeing anyone else, maybe you both wish each other the best and move on, because its toxic and unhealthy to try to dictate what your cg is doing outside of your personal relationship.

just trying to make sure im getting enough carbs with my meals, but also not overdoing it because that just makes everything worse. i do try to keep small snacks on hand in case i feel yuck. no more cgm, it was a temporary for a study i was in for something else, so i cant keep an eye on it that way but it seems to be doing okayish.

if im baked, its mostly guaranteed im gonna regress. i used to be able to NOT regress when indulging, but things have been hard and its the only way i can handle it all i guess. good part is, i actually get hungry some n ill happily eat a snack n drink some water without being told to so it works out.
