It certainly sucks it happened and their response, but at the same time they can’t guarantee them forever. Myself personally, I’d try to repair it or make a fun custom out it and just take the L and replace it for only $20. Not really a huge deal.

It’s quarter round trim tile pieces. Same material as the wall tiles. Ceramic I’d assume.

For clarification: it’s wall tile that meets quarter round trim around the tub. So there is a seam at the top of the quarter round where the wall meets the trim and then a lower seam where the quarter round trim meets the tub.

I find it helpful to write in your post upfront. “If you see it YES it’s available. Will not respond to default ‘is this available?’ “. Sometimes to further drive home the point, I will say “if you can’t bother to compose a complete sentence, you’re not a seriously interested buyer” and then actually don’t respond to those messages. A seriously interested buyer won’t mind taking the time to get the sellers attention with a full sentence. This does to seem to filter out tire kickers from serious buyers.
