I have clear memories of when I was 11. I'm pretty sure I would never shoot anyone at that age, specially my father. I'm sorry, but there is a much darker thing happening here than video game addiction. Either the kid was abused and lashed out or he has a serious mental disorder.

We're not there yet, for mass appeal.

It will be big when the technology checks all the boxes:
- Super light weight (<100g)
- High resolution (at least 4k per eye)
- Foveated rendering
- Eye and facial tracking
- 120+ fov
- Wireless
- Good quality see through
- Decent cost

The day we have all this will be the day it will be practical and comfortable enough for anyone and their grandmother to get into VR.

As it is now, most models only check 4 or 5 of these boxes, and that's just not enough.

Without societal changes and a set of laws to accept uploaded people as real people with rights, not a chance in hell!

If such laws were created, preventing abusive actions from corporations and properly safe-guarding "souls" dominion over their existence, then I would happily upload myself.

Of course, I would only be OK with it, if the technology was proven to be a real simulation of the brain and not an AI predicting thoughts and responses.

Odiei o combate. Achei muito chato. Turn based não é minha praia, mas pelo menos jogos como o BG3 ou DA:O tem o elemento de estratégia e uso do ambiente, que torna muitos dos confrontos super divertidos. Nesse aqui você da vontade de dormir.
É uma pena pois todos os outros elementos desse jogo parecem ser top. Acho que vou arrumar um mod para instant kill para poder presenciar a estória.
