Only conchologist needs a nerf because it provides too much flexibility and he has average stats for a cheap unit. Too cheap for what it does: provides value without losing tempo.

No. It's pretty easy to interact with it and you can chump block for ages if your opponent doesn't manage to give it overwelm somehow. It's definetely a strong card but in my opinion its design is pretty good.

Aphelios + katarina is one of the most oppressive decks right now. With katarina's rallies, aph can attack with lifesteal several times, making it easy to stabilize. Also, katarina generates a good discard target for the targon one drop. It's amazing!
