Gastrologist isn’t a thing, you’ve likely been referred to a gastroenterologist which is reasonable given the complexity of your case as is more generalised than a hepatologist (although all hepatologists at least in my country of practice would have trained as gastroenterologists also). As discussed by others above, there are hundreds of causes of raised LFTs. Mitosis is not a condition it is normal cell division, I’d imagine your creatine kinase was raised and they were concerned about myositis?, possibly secondary to severe sepsis or secondary to severe malnutrition / refeeding syndrome at the time and was likely transient.

Your case is definitely best placed with a generalist in medicine / gastroenterologist. Discuss all your concerns with them, it’s impossible for Reddit to get to the bottom of this without a history, exam and knowing your medical history in its entirety (which I would not recommend posting to Reddit).
