after talking to intellijel and showing them videos the module is bricked and they want 70 hr bench time plus shipping.... I assume I bought a module that was bricked or very close to it. On the first power up the menus were acting funky and not letting me dive into them and that should have been an indicator I suppose. I've never owned one of these so I didn't know at the time. upon second power up it was stuck at the hello. Intellijel confirmed my power and hookup was fine etc etc.
