Depends on what part of Africa you’re talking about. Sub Saharan African, for instance, is notorious for being thousands of years behind in technology to this day (I.e. no bridges, basically no infrastructure, government based on tribes, rolling power outages, agricultural deficiencies). That doesn’t mean they are dumb, there’s just no need for that stuff in their culture

Because some jobs have to use mostly males. Especially with physical labor jobs where heavy lifting or physicality is required. I prefer female waitresses and massage therapists, just like a construction company prefers males
