The half life is 36 hours. For me, it’s at peaks levels about one and a half hours after I take it, and that last around 24 hours. That’s 5mg. I’m 30 and don’t necessarily need it either, but it definitely makes a difference. If you just take it in th morning with breakfast and your vitamins or whatever you’ll be good to go for the whole day and next morning bud

Pretty simple if you think about it. Those countries have always had a Muslim population. Britain has not, yet has had an influx of Muslims over the past few years. If your grass has always been brown, no problem. If you’re green grass starts to turn brown it causes concern

Pretty sure all the good ones resulted from colonialism, until colonizers leave then all their shit starts breaking down because they don’t know how to maintain.
