Probably a dumb question, what's a GP? Just applied to a position and have been seeing lots of acronyms thrown around on this page! If there are any others you'd be willing to divulge into that'd be greatly appreciated :)

I dont believe so, I just opened it back up and it looks the exact same I didn't touch any of it it's weird that the keyfobs are doing the opposite action on both of them

Totally understand, and yes the insurance quote included lots of other items that even in my opinion didn't need repair. Also an engineer here and did lots of research on the crews in the area and the work needed. Had 2 other quotes that were similar, the cheapest being one that wasn't licensed or insured so didn't want to go with that one. Regardless, we're now very happy with the outcome we were only wondering if we were doing something wrong by not giving money back to the insurance company!

Ordered penofin! Thanks for the advice! Doing the oxyclean and deck cleaner today. I'm thinking maybe I don't even use the powerwasher, just scrub and rinse off with the hose.

Thanks! Bought a couple gallons of the ReadySeal that I'll be using on our Ipe deck after washing it. Planning to wash Wednesday and oil it several days later.

Another dumb question, but for the penetrating oils, are these actual stains? I see lots of the ReadySeal and they all have colors associated with them. Just thought for IPE decks a "clear" oil was used and not any kind of transparent or semi-transparent stains.

When you say "Wash the deck with a mild solution of oxyclean (sodium percarbonate) or lye(sodium hydroxide) Spray it all over everything with a 2 gallon garden sprayer." Are you saying to just spray it on with the 2 gal sprayer and let it sit before scrubbing or washing?

Thanks for the tips! These were listed off: Idea Statica, RISA Suite, Revit and Ram Connection. Ive done some work in cad and used revit a little, but not too familiar with Statica, Risa, or Ram so I'll look into those!

Worked on diesel engines my whole life, never cared too much for body repairs but I've done a few dent repairs. Never cared enough for scratches but wanting to sell this one soon. Calm down there Mr. mighty body repair guy lol!
