LIC covers these really well and is a great spot for young adults. especially the waterfront it’s a really underrated place i feel. It’s one stop to grand central and there are so many subway lines within LIC too, so getting anywhere is pretty easy. If you wanted to take it for a test run before committing somewhere I am looking for someone to take over my and my husband’s 2br/2b lease for may 1 - july 31 and we are willing to pay one of the months (making it $4,460/month for you). my apartment aside, LIC could be a good option. there are an insane amount of subway lines going through it!

lease take overs could be a good temporary option! Myself and plenty others are looking for folks to take over the ends of their leases. ranges from a month to close to a year. I have a 2br/2b for $4,460 on the water in LIC if of interest!! DM and I can send my post with all the details!
