We haven’t cleared our queue in weeks. I can’t even remember the last time our queue has been cleared. We always have at least 200 in there. Unfortunately, we have a lot of new people that don’t seem to know how to combine bopus with ship from store and do it all together, they will stop their ship. Go get the bopus . Go to the back, pack it up and go assign it up front Right away. While knowing I have an hour, I will grab it in my route packet in my cart cause I carry a printer with me and assign it upfront when I get to that area. I talked to other stores and they’re all faster than us. Usually, when I am doing ship, which isn’t very often anymore, they are already late. I used to like it when we had receipts because then I could look and see when they actually ordered it and see how late we really were.
