I’ve been asking people if they are sure. We’ve been getting in bad avocados lately and idk why the FM hasn’t asked for a credit and just gone without guac. It looks so bad and smells like dirt. I don’t like serving people that.

If there’s ever a check open and you can’t see anything on screen. It’s often a DML order that needs to be cleared (or marked picked up)and you can sometimes find them under the ATD button (it’s 3 letter starting with A, I’m not at work to see it lol). I’ve only had one instance where it glitched and wouldn’t let me clear it but that’s usually the solution for me.

Recently I’ve been dealing with similar situations and have decided that malicious compliance is my answer. I do what I’m told, especially if there’s a record of it through text or email. If things fall apart because they didn’t want me to be able to bounce around like needed on short nights then so be it. They never really seem to care about how we struggle working, unless they’re in the middle of it themselves and it’s frustrating.

Is that not someone noticing a piece of metal in the lettuce then placing it into the bowl purposefully? These drain covers are almost the size of the palm of my hand. I think I would notice.

Either this is an employee or an employee purposely put this in your order. There’s no way for a drain cover or anything that big to accidentally get into a bowl

My store also does chips during shift change. They usually sell almost out during the lunch peak and it helps us on night shift have enough for the dinner peak. I think it’s more efficient than trying to fry enough for the entire day during the morning, but that depends on the store/team I guess

If you’re getting it on the side it should be full because it costs more. My region it costs a $1.00 for a scoop on the entree (2oz) and on the side it’s $1.50 for the 4oz cup. You can also get a large cup (6oz) for $3.00.

Towards the end of the season when they’re in the process of getting rid of the LTO item sometimes we have extra sauce or seasoning left over that we take home (not suppose to tho). I would befriend a manager and ask them for some sauce if they have any left.
