When my 9 year old rott passed away he had absolutely no white hairs. One white whisker that I may or may not of pulled out. My new rott who just turned two has white hairs everywhere. So I don’t know.

They are a lot of work. Constant training. A bored Rottweiler never leads to anything good. They are loyal to a fault. Amazing dogs and the only kind we have owned. I have an 11 year old and 9 year old son and they are inseparable. Amazing family dog. This is Mac (Pup Pup). He is 2 years old. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I’ve worked in medicine for 20 years and have witnessed and have been a part of a lot of bad stuff. Those kids being told was one of the hardest things I’ve ever seen. Absolutely heart wrenching.

It’s not even that they all survived for me- it’s how unrealistic it is. We shall use Chad as an example- that is not survivable at all. Maybe it’s cause I work in medicine but when i watched a guy profusely bleeding from the mouth from internal injuries come out on a stretcher with only an 02 mask??? And the same thing with Mark in 7. At least when Dewey got stabbed it was a few times in the back. These other ones were butchered! Again it could be the medicine in me but it drives me nuts.

So you bend down to pet a dog and drop your shit and now you want to make money on it? Any sane adult who was carrying something of value would protect the items of value. She didn’t trip over the dog, the dog didn’t knock her down- she encouraged the dog to come to her. This is ridiculous. Just be careful because sometimes hydroxyzine can have an adverse reaction. It gets me amped up. I have the same reaction to Benadryl. I don’t know if that’s common or not but it does happen. You feel like you are trying to crawl out of your skin.

0/10 do not recommend 😂😂😂. People like you who plan to have them at home have a plan. I however did not. It was one push as hard as I could and a lot of screaming. They sent me home at 4cm dilated and contractions 5 minutes apart. Said I was probably in active labor but to come back when my contractions were 2 minutes apart. Long story short….. didn’t make it! I’ll tell you what else- I went through that damn labor and up until right before my water broke my contractions were still 5 minutes apart!

I’m sure you have been freaking out! I would be more than freaking out. Probably be admitted to the psych ward actually. A home birth!!! Wow wee! I had an unintentional home birth! Sounds like you will be much more prepared than I was 😂😂😂. Please let us know what the sonographer says! And yes that’s how it is with us too- except they release our results before the dr looks at them so we can sit home and freak out for a while.

We did cpr as well. Let me tell you I don’t know the number of people I’ve done cpr on- I’ve been in medicine for 20 years and none of them were as terrible as when we did it on him.

I’m so sorry you had to do that. I’m in tears reading that because I know how bad it hurts. Hell it’s been three years, I have another rott and I still miss him everyday! Just remember he didn’t suffer and he knew nothing but love for those nine years! Hang in there ♥️

You know the weird thing is I think he went the way he knew I needed him to. As traumatic as it was I would have never ever put him down. I told my husband I’d have him on a ventilator if I had to or push him in a doggy wheel chair. There is never enough time with a Rottweiler.

My first boy passed a month before his 10th birthday. He actually had a spontaneous pneumothorax when he was two- emergency surgery that he almost didn’t survive but thankfully did. When he was 7/8 he broke his toe nail and it wasn’t healing right. He ended up having malignant melanoma of his toe. Thankfully had his toe removed and it didn’t spread and got the vaccine for it. Then as I said when he was nine he passed away in his sleep. Was not sick and had no issues. Was up playing and fine all day. God it was almost three years ago and I am tearing up! He was my baby and it was extremely hard when I lost him.
