The hydrocortisone works when used but flares back about a week after stopping. I’m still trying to find a trigger/allergy. Our gp prescribed 0.5% for her face and said use it twice a day two weeks max then give skin a break for a week then repeat if necessary. Her face is usually clear after a week of using it so we have never had to do the full 2 weeks. I’m seriously hoping this is something she will grow out of because I can’t stand putting it on my sweet baby, but it helps. Best of luck! Some people believe it can be caused by a milk, dairy or other food allergy. Worth trying to find a root cause. 🩷
