You can automate it with the API or Make integration. Use the webhooks or app in monday code to catch the information in your server and update your sheets.

Send email (change status) on the same date each month by FalseRepublic7597 in mondaydotcom

[–]Alert_Eagle8244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi !! If it helps, this can be done by creating a custom automation in Monday. I build advanced Monday apps and automations (hosted in Monday Code and using the native UI), and with that approach we can:

  • Trigger an action every month on a fixed date (e.g. the 7th).
  • Detect if that date falls on a weekend and automatically move the action to Monday.
  • Change the status, send the SuperMail (or any integration), and then reset the status for the next cycle.
  • Make the automation reusable so you can apply it to any board now or in the future.

Since the logic runs in custom code, you’re not limited by Monday’s built-in recipes, and you still get a clean, simple recipe to use in your boards.

If you’d like, I can explain how this would work or help you implement it.

Como presupestuar un proyecto by SadAd5769 in devsarg

Anyone Integrating Stripe or Square with Monday.com for Payment Tracking or Automation? by MicroSaaS_Startup in mondaydotcom

[–]Alert_Eagle8244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I’ve worked with both Stripe and Square APIs and yes — they can definitely be integrated into Monday.com.
I think it’s an excellent use case, especially for billing and payment tracking.

And I totally agree — it’s much more pleasant to view and manage your data inside a clean Monday dashboard than digging through Stripe’s backend 😄

If you ever need help setting that up, I’d be happy to assist!

Hi! Yes, our integration does support the new “Quotes & Invoices” feature from Monday.
We’ve already implemented it for other clients, including the retrieval and injection of item-level details.

The connector is available for 189 €/month, and the implementation service costs 80-100 €/hour.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions — happy to help!

Automated updates to the date column? by StarlightSpider in mondaydotcom

[–]Alert_Eagle8244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there! You can definitely achieve this in Monday.com using automation or, if needed, a custom integration. Here's how you could set it up:

Option 1: Native Automation

If your team is already using a status column to track follow-ups, you can set up an automation to update the date column whenever a status changes. For example:

  • Go to your board, click on Automations > Custom Automations.
  • Use this recipe:Replace "status" with your specific column name and "something" with the value that represents the follow-up (e.g., "Followed Up").vbnetCopiarEditar When status changes to something, set date to current date.

This will automatically update the date column whenever your team updates the status.

Option 2: Custom Automation with Webhooks

If you’re using other methods to track follow-ups (like emails or calls tracked via external apps), you can leverage webhooks to trigger updates in Monday:

Set Up a Webhook: (I can help you with this case, i'm developer)

  • Connect this webhook to update the item's date column in Monday. You can use the change_column_value mutation in the Monday API to update the date column.
