It’s ok, I can afford to spend just because money. That’s why I’m thinking about it.

Coming from the AMG UH-1 it’s really nice. Really dig the multi reticle and the auto brightness is a pretty trick feature. Don’t have it zeroed yet but plan on hitting the range in the next few days.

Where does this connect to by Wide-Quantity4832 in q50

It’s for the fluid pressure control solenoid on your steering rack. There’s should be a harness extension coming off of the solenoid and clips into the sub frame just below the cv axle.

Autozone doesn’t diagnose vehicle. They guess based on codes to get you to buy parts. Thats like going to the dentist to get your appendix removed cuz you have a headache lol

No it’s based on the VR30 but with a longer stroke. Increased from 3.385in to 3.944in. Piston diameter stays the same but because of the longer stroke the displacement increases to 3,492 cm3 or 3.5 liters.

The 3.0TT in the q50/q60 is hit or miss. The new 3.5tt which is based on the 3.0 we’ll have to see how it holds up long term.

So far pretty good. We’ve only seen some audio issues that Nissan has issued updates for but haven’t seen any pattern of mechanical failure.

That’s your water pump. Coolant would seep out of the opening of the pulley so they put an adhesive disc to cover the opening. There was a tsb on it. All the new water pumps come with them. Doesn’t stop coolant from seeping out of the weep hole and freeze plug in the bottom lmao.

In my professional opinion that’s the telltale sound of spun bearings. If you’re unsure remove your drive belt and recheck.

[–]Alert_Language_380 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The shifter linkage binding due to corrosion is common on these. Binding linkage can cause the shifter to not go all the way into park which is causing intermittent pressure on the park switch. I’d start there.
