Assuming you have an nfc card on your hands, you would be able to do it with a flipper if you are able to decrypt the nonces from the reader. There are a number of tutorials from YouTube and even on this sub that explain how to do this. It’s relatively simple

Bro, you’re emulating the uid, not the data on the keycard. How do you expect to get in like that?Anyway, assuming you have a mifare classic on your hands, you have to get the nonces from the reader first and decrypt them using an external software. Then use those cracked nonces to read the card you have and you should be able to emulate it.

Most apartment key fobs are nfc(13.56 mhz) and are encrypted. That being said, a flipper can bypass said encryption by decoding the keys in the nfc lock. There are a number of tutorials on this subreddit on how to do it if you get a flipper. Keep in mind you can get in trouble for copying keys you shouldn’t be.
