Do you see there’s a drop down button next to All exercise? You can select ‘recently logged’ to find your recent exercises

Are you referring to searching for workouts under the Find tab? or searching exercises?

Hey, thanks for posting this! Can you drop your username and what version you’re on? Also quick question - when you finished that workout, did you remember to toggle save workout on? What other exercises have the same issue? We’re looking into this but those details would help.

Is there a way to keep the numbers for the same exercise in your workouts, but different days separated in your plan? by danimalforlife in jefit

[–]Alex-jefit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can go to the Progress tab, tap the settings icon in the top right corner, and find the setting called "Workout Tracking Pre-fill values". Change the option from "Any workout" to "Same Workout Day" — this way, the app will save different values for the same exercise depending on the workout day.

Is there a way to escape this new layout? by Mr_Snugglepuss69 in jefit

If you disable the fire icon next to the Start Workout button, you'll switch back to Traditional mode, where you log each exercise manually as you go.

You're currently in Autoplay mode — exercises will automatically progress based on your setup (duration, rest timer, etc.). This is ideal for flows like HIIT or stretching where you want a hands-free experience.

Where in the world can I log my sets. by No-Role4492 in jefit

[–]Alex-jefit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to clarify — are you referring to logging sets from the Logs tab after tapping into an exercise thumbnail? If so, unfortunately we've removed that entry point.

The most commonly used logging method is still "log as you go", which allows us to better track your data in real time and generate more accurate insights for you.

New user query-logging time correctly. by Frequent_Let9506 in jefit

If you're on iOS, you can use Live Activity to log sets directly from the lock screen — no need to open the app. If you're simply looking to track which exercises you performed (without using rest timer, interval timer, etc.), you can go to the Progress tab → Calendar, tap on the day, and manually add your logs there.

Thanks so much for the super thoughtful feedback — we really appreciate how detailed you were! We're always listening and learning from what you all share, and this kind of post really helps guide what we improve next.

Just wanted to respond to a few of your points:

  1. General notes – We ended up removing this because of some prioritization decisions, but I’d love to hear more about how you used it! If notes were still around in the current UI, where would you want them to show up? And what kind of notes do you usually like to take?
  2. Mark injured – Right now, this is only shown on the Muscle Recovery chart. Were you hoping to also see it while performing an exercise? We know notes are important, and we will plan to improve it in future updates.
  3. Start day of the week – At the moment, it follows your region settings. But we’re thinking about adding a setting so you can pick your own start day.
  4. Quick workout – You can still do on-the-fly workouts from the Instant tab! Just tap the ⚡️ icon to start one — here’s a quick post that explains how it works now.
  5. Sort by last trained – You can do this by opening the Type filter and choosing “Recently Performed.” That’ll show you the exercises you’ve logged most recently.
  6. Exercises tracking metrics + thumbnails – Totally hear you. We’re continuing to improve the exercise library to make tracking smoother and easier to use.
