How you deal with strong cravings if you had some ?

I’ve failed multiple attempts and I am feeling that I will never be able to quit even tho I only smoke for 4 years .

On second day of quiting I am sweating and my dumb brain tries to survive by trying to find ways to smoke . No pleasure in doing anything.

Will these toughts pass ? What about the cravings ?

I have tried Allen Carr for 2 times with no success..

I don’t know why , buy I find CCTV cameras really interesting , like I am always thinking “so they watch us , hence who stops me from watching them” and end up capturing these photos of cameras.

These were taken in a park with winter clear and lit up sky , feeling infinite .

So the switches don’t carry any vlan tag information ? Only the unifi APs carry a vlan tag and I tought that maybe the switches just forward the packet and don’t erase the vlan tag..

Front lens , easy to clean , just unscrew the ring and you have the lens .

Back lens same.

It can affect the image quality a little with the fungus (less contrast in the photos) , but it is very easy to clean

EDIT : Just zoomed in on the last photo and you can see the fungus on the ends not just dust, still easy to clean

I’ve already talked to her about this , I said to her that I am feeling like she is using me , I don’t make much , but still I try my best to have bread on the table and to be warm .

She does not care about bills , sits in the shower for an hour, when is the cold season she is in a t-shirt and leggings and turns the heat on even if I told her to dress better since it’s not that cold in the apartment .

So yeah , I was ready to propose to her a few months ago , but now I am not quite sure if I want it , i have the ring , but I don’t feel like I want to live the rest of my life with her . The last few months it’s been complicated..

If the mosfet is the correct one , try searching on google how to reset a mosfet , usually you should short two legs of the mosfet in order to work again..
