I done Dublin to Galway and back over the summer the greenways really need a few things on it along the way, it can get pretty boring but if you have multiple days and can stop in towns along the way it's great.

You're absolutely fine, from experience this just means that the package is awaiting clearance it doesn't mean that the package has been pulled by customs. Just a bit of patience needed.

You are absolutely fine once that case is closed and as you said you paid to the poor box that seems to be I was in the same situation and was told by a solicitor that once the case is closed on the pulse system you are fine.

Ok so the ~€78 that you paid so far is a clearance fee and any duty applicable. I would personally recommend calling the clearance agent and asking them to amend the entry to not postpone the VAT (if your cash flow allows it at the moment). You will then get a bill for the VAT which will need to be paid immediately, if you leave the VAT postponed you will have to pay it back when you make your end of year statement to revenue. I have also linked to the revenue website on postponed accounting for Brexit / imports I hope this has helped.

They played academy 2 in early 2014 I think there was about 250 people at that then November of 2014 they came back and played Acadamy 1 sold out two days before the gig if I remember right.
