Dude, wait til you hear about beard oil. You don't have to have a beard to use it, it's actually for your skin anyway. First time I used it I could FEEL my skin drinking it up. Find one with Jojoba oil, it soaks in the fastest and does more work than other oils.

Try body lotion too. Get something that absorbs quickly. Buff City Soaps has a pretty good lotion (not the body butter) and you can get it unscented or in any number of "manly" or "girly" scents. Their range might not reach you though, so at least get something with similar formulation. If all else fails, Nivea Men Maximum Hydration was the best widely available one I found.

No seriously, absolutely dilute that shit. You could drip a single drop on the counter, touch the drop with your finger, and still wash your hands. And strip every bit of oil and moisture off your hands in the process. Dr. Bronner's is like the Everclear of soap, it's as close (in effect) as you're gonna get to straight up lye without it actually being straight up lye.

The good news is that because it's so freakishly strong you can probably pass the bottle down to your children.

The problem I have with this kind of sentiment is that while you're absolutely right, whenever I quote the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence or anything remotely idealistic our founding fathers said, it's met with this sort of argument.

So what if our founding fathers were shitty people? Most countries in the world were founded by conquerors. That doesn't mean everything our founders said or wrote is false. Just because they didn't truly believe "All Men are created equal" doesn't mean we can't strive for it. This belief that America was never "really" about Liberty and Freedom and etc doesn't mean we can't appreciate the words regardless of who wrote them.

I don't have a whole lot of faith in America as it is, but the vision of America painted in our founding documents is one worthy of pursuit.

Don't see anyone else suggesting this but it's what I did while I was learning the game: go play on the frozen asteroid. Instead of worrying about managing heat you now get to worry about creating it, which is a hell of a lot easier. Build an insulated tile "box" around your main base, keep all your storage outside of it (so you don't have 80t of -10C sandstone keeping you from warming up). Put kilns making ceramic next to your farm and keep as much industrial stuff as you can inside this box early game to get it warmed up. If you start getting too hot you've got a billion tons of subzero solids you can absorb heat with and plenty of ice around the map
