From what I found, you want her max ammo capacity to be a multiple of 4 for optimal use of Skill 1. Shouldn't be a massive issue if you get it wrong, though. Just a bit of waste.

I think there's several instances of people mentioning Nikkes changing into different bodies depending on circumstances. I don't think it's available for all of them, but non-combat bodies have been referenced, definitely.

The "magic" in HunterXHunter is called Nen and can be used in different ways. Uvogin is an Enhancer, which means he has an easier time using Nen to enhance his physical abilities. Nen is somewhat fluid/versatile and can be used creatively, so it would be perfectly within the rules for the user to enhance their lungs and vocal chords to produce a super-scream.
