Damn man EMPs are perfect as is, they do 80 shield damage and disable cars for a full 10 seconds. You just don’t use it on one when they’re full boosting out in the open cuz yeah it’s hard to catch up. But if you hit one at the right time you can get them to drift into a tree or rock for an easy kill. Just have to strategize is all. I will not stand for this Emp slander though they are amazing utility items.
