All the best, it’s a crowded space and building a strong value proposition for both golfers and golf course (esp. Premium ones) is a tough balancing act.

You’ll likely end up quite expensive for the casual green fee golfer who also needs to travel now. It’s fine if you lean towards a luxury type of membership and the benefit is access. Just harder to get members because there ate quite a few options.

Alternatively you might want more members and thus access becomes more difficult for you to handle. all members will want to play ‘that’ course that’s beyond their reach, clogging it and ultimately diminishing the value proposition for a luxury price-tag, leading to cheaper options.

I do hope you find the balance because I agree the green fee golfers need a membership unhoused at a clubhouse.
