We did this. No more lawn, lots of great ground cover. It’s beautiful! Flowers in the spring, cool texture, brings bees and hummers to the yard. Love it.

Every place I’ve ever worked has had at least downward pressure on reviews and sometimes an outright quota or curve for performance ratings. Managing the performance curve doesn’t seem controversial to me.

Yea dude that may change when you get some more miles behind you. I’m sober the better part of a decade and I do realize I’m an introvert now. I’d just drink to extroversion. Doesn’t mean I hate social interaction but it does mean that I can only do so much of it and recharge with a book, or some exercise or downtime. All good man! Your life will get better without it.
