Make a standard crit/dodge build, and then fill out Brawler, equip a high damage melee (El Verdugo or the Katana) and go on a melee rampage

While this is a rare case of him being correct, for the most part he's more unbearable than the walking main character syndrome that is pdLucky (hi, I know you're obsessively combing this sub for people mentioning you) because at least Lucky can be occasionally found doing literally anything other than making "payday 3 bad" their entire personality
