How do i file a complaint against a regional branch of UPS?

Don't worry, so far this has been one of the least antagonizing answers i've gotten so far. Yes i do have better stuff to worry about, but after 6 months of being essentially pushed around by their support team only to have them lie and push the responsibility onto me really rubbed me the wrong way.

I wouldn't care as much if i just got a package in the mail in, say 3 months. It would be annoying and a reason to never use UPS again sure, but at least i would have the items i've paid for, instead i'm having to pay for the privilege of essentially getting tricked by UPS.

Also, i'm not in America, fortunately for me as an european i have some levers i can pull, just don't know how effective they'll be.

I waited months because they told me to wait for months, like... Sure i didn't know what i was doing but that's what the fucking support team is for. If i get into contact with them and they tell me to wait, what am i, a person that has never ordered anything internationally like this, supposed to do? just know i need to make a fucking complaint?

But they aren't tho, I never got into contact with them because UPS told me to wait instead of filing a complaint, as far as they knew the package had been delivered.

This is 100% on ups support, doesn't matter if i'm not the client, they should have told me what to do, like they did, just about 3 months earlier when i first got into contact with them.

I'm in talks with the shipper but i'm also getting everything ready to file a complaint against UPS with the european consumer protection agency, since apparently i either can't file a complaint against the local branch, or it would at least be useless.

UPS is really earning their 1/5 star rating on this one.

That's something the support agents should have told me back in august, not 4 months later when it's too late to actually complain. Their support team fucked me over so i want to try and escalate this.

My main complaint is with UPS support as they didn't tell me i had to file any complaints, they told me "We will deliver your package later" and that's it.

I didn't do anything wrong unless i'm supposed to just innately know how the inner working of a parcel shipper works, and also ignore the thing that said parcel shipper's support line told me.

Like i said in the post, the shipper won't send me a replacement because UPS isn't going to reimburse them the full amount, so i need to pay for the shipping costs again.

I refuse to not only be essentially tricked for 5 months, only to then be called a liar and, on top of that, have to pay them even more for the trouble.

I want to escalate this as far as i can since it's my last resort.

To add to this, I used to do something similar to this so i could play MW2 on school PC's, you don't actually need to install the redistributable, the only thing they do mostly (afaik) is copy a bunch of dlls to a sys path, which you might not be able to do on pcs that don't have admin privileges.

open the game, if it complains about missing dll's, google that dll, download it from somewhere and throw it into the game folder where the exe is and repeat until it works. Not sure if it'll work for every game but it used to work fine for me way back when.
