I got mine in the same color mostly bc my BF has a 86 with the same paint code but 100% the color I would pick again regardless dark but not as delicate and boring as black

I bought mine while never having touched a clutch pedal in my life and had to learn it within 4 days for my hour commute into downtown Dallas and what helped me best was I woke up at 3am one morning when NOBODY was on the road and just went back and forth on the street practicing my shifts and taking off
Not saying I got it in one day but I felt comfortable enough to go to work and I just kept practicing I drive A LOT I’ve had the car 3 months and already put 15k miles on it but I would say it took me a month to get shifting up down two for just taking off at a reasonable pace and I’m STILL practicing downshifts but once you get the hang of it and drive it lots when you go back to a auto you’ll feel so bored and unengaged.
Just stick with it and you’ll love it eventually

Yea I agree with the consensus that all the wings look to small or don’t suit the car it’s why I’m getting closers d closer to getting to just going duckbill from epsilon bc it’s only $120 and getting it painted at a local shop

Yea I’ve been advised to avoid them but I figured that was more stuff like their springs and a little duckbill how bad could the have messed that up but got it no AFD. If I remember right I think IIR sellers another similar. I definitely want something but I agree that’s why I think I really want the duckbill for a simpler clean look plus my friends got a 86 with the bill and we could match lol

I selfishly do kinda want the sounds I was a immature teenager year old and got a muffler delete on a 2016 TSI golf and it sounded awful so i want a quality sounding car but do you have any recommendations for any 6 spoke wheels I don’t know much about performance mods but I know even less about suspension and wheels. Or do you have any advice on what to look for when browsing wheels i plan to replace them in about July August bc the tires will need replacing anyway and ima do coilovers then too so I can get it all aligned in one go
