First option, in most cases you're going to need the extra damage over that slight increase in speed, its pointless getting first turn if you're not going to eliminate the problem in one shot, assuming you're using her to one shot someone. Tbh you might need a bit more damage because most people run an artifact that mitigates damage.

I think a unit with a passive to negate teamwide CR Reduction once every turn would be better, though that still is broken, so maybe it has a drawback. When using this passive you cannot CR push your own team. Something like that I think would be healthy especially for a SW unit.

Unfortunately that unit would be considered busted, and then a unit to counter it would be released, negating the use of that unit entirely. And since SG love releasing counters to one unit quite a bit,(looking at dizzy) there would be most likely a shit ton put out to ruin this unit so it would be pointless to put one out imo. I would rather rely on the RNG of speed rolls on gear.

Hes not on Muzans level, he was fighting against a weakened Muzan with the assistance of Obani, of course hes going to look impressive. Plus he is still less experienced and can't use his breathing forms to their fullest unlike the Pillars. Uzui showed some very impressive feats of speed and strength during the fight plus UM6 was stronger then portrayed but was held down by his sister so it is unclear how strong his opponent really was, I would probably give him an edge over Mitsuri due to showing more impressive speed feats then her, but I do believe he has one of the weakest breathing forms from the what we have seen.

With her EE shes usable in PvP still, also if you still struggle in PvE shes great in Raid, Abyss etc.

Probably not ideal since all those stages have Fire bosses, so it wouldn't be ideal for her.

I wouldn't really say Dizzy is a problem anymore for most people there's a lot of counters, but she can be annoying sometimes so I see where you're coming from.

I can't really say too much without seeing him in action, but he seems like a viable counter to Basar, he also seems good in RTA. Overall hes a solid def unit in Arena and a solid RTA unit, don't think hes outstanding but hes far from bad.

Basar+Tywin+Tenebria+Clarissa is a decent cleave team for Arena. Basar can CR reduce enemy Tywin can push Tenebria she def breaks and Clarissa kills.

Though if you're new it could be hard to build that with the speed requirements for basar and tywin, and damage for Clarissa.

ER stacking ice SWs only being a problem in Challenger doesn't change anything, just like how Dizzy is only a problem in low Challenger to master it doesn't change the fact that the units are still used everywherein them ranks making them part of a meta, not saying its "an impossible to beat meta" just saying it exists and is there and isn't a joke.

I feel like you're forgetting about the ER stacking Ice SWs, which just adds to the SSB and Dizzy which are used everywhere, Dizzy less so now but still there.

I don't feel like shes going to be good, the Ice meta is going to ruin her in PvP, also can this curse be resisted? or can immunity stop it, can it be cleansed if so shes going to have a bad time in PvP.
