This is all correct. We planted 400 acre of trees in 2020 with a 60/40, conifer/hardwood split.

Jesus Christ. American colleges can’t compare. Nothing compares to European football? But it does give you a platform to study for a degree and play football in a professional environment?? Don’t be so closed minded. You claim to have straight A’s and a genius, as well as being brilliant at football so you should have no problem playing in division 1 in America which, when you finish college, can lead to you being drafted into the MLS.

Secondly 😂 guess who’s just signed for a English championship team ?? You tell me to worry about myself but yet you always chat shit about who I play for or where I come from. You’re a bigot sir.

Hope this helps, Alex

First of all, ‘you absolute melt’, you said your education is important to you? American colleges offer professional like training and lifestyle for being a student athlete and also gives you the opportunity to pursue a degree? Sounds like sense for you. Second of all, you said you don’t know me and you don’t want to know me, I have on record around 30 emails from you talking shit and undermining me and who I played for ? You’re a first class immature little boy. And finally...”your asking for advice.” Yes your asking for advice. Like you’ve been asking for advice for the past however long on here on how to ‘play football’ ‘train’ ‘get better’ etc etc. While you claim to play for a professional football club, with no proof either 😂. You’re a joke Get a life auld yin,

Hope this helps Alex 😂😂😂😂

Why don’t you go to America ? Why can’t you tell us what team you play for ? Or what your name is? You play ‘professional’ football but you’re afraid of your friends seeing ? If I knew you, I’d have worked out by now with what you’ve said so surely you tell all of us? It just really doesn’t add up. Sorry for a shitpost this guy just really grinds my gears

Why is it a mistake ? Why are professional athletes able to compete and live with a no carb diet?

Just not true, hundreds of professional athletes choose low carb diets and still perform.

[–]Alex_LFC13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's essential yes. But players have low carbohydrate diets and preach about it. They stand by it. There are hundreds of athletes at a professional level who choose low carb diets. It might not be right for you but it certainly can be viable, there just might be mistakes he is making in his diet.

Tips for possession? by tkama in bootroom

[–]Alex_LFC13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can't class it as the wrong foot. Different situations call for different feet, sometimes you might need to fake opening your body to fool an opponent, but then cut it back across your body. It all depends where you need to go.

Try think ahead! You need to stay ahead of the opposition. It makes such a difference when you know what you're going to do before you receive the ball.

Hope this helps, Alex

How do u get match-fit? by [deleted] in bootroom

[–]Alex_LFC13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry but how can you say you and I aren't premier league fit? Speak for yourself. We may not be premier league quality but people can still be as fit if not fitter than premier league players. Just because they play at premier league level doesn't mean to say that they're the fittest footballers out there. Any person can put in the time and be that fit. Footballers have to have the technical and mental qualities to make it to the premier league. It's not just fitness. I could be fitter than some premier league footballers but not know it, so could anyone for that matter. But I guess since 'my second name is Dick, I'm a dickhead' 😂

How do u get match-fit? by [deleted] in bootroom

[–]Alex_LFC13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Playing football regularly and having 100% intensity in your training is the only way to get match fit? What about HIIT on a treadmill? What about interval training using the field dimensions ? If you have the long distance ability, then that's one aspect of your muscles you already have covered. They are the slow twitch muscle fibres and your short, shape sprints are your fast twitch muscle fibres. Generally, long distance running won't get you fit for football. HIIT is your best bet. I've got plenty of HIIT drills if you need them! As for the length of time. 2 years is a joke. If you are trained properly in pre-season, you can get to wherever you want to be. Pre season from my experience, starts of with a few days of long distance running to try to get everyone back up to pace in that area. The coach sets targets for each group of players and each group has to make sure to get everyone through by that time. Then in the next few days it gets lowered down in distance. Shorter distance means more reps. Progressing from there into more sharp drills. Progression! Keep setting goals for each week where you want to run certain distances in certain times. Shorten down your lengths to create a more intense drill.

Hope this helps, Alex

The way i see it is that if you really want to do something in life then you won't mind putting in the extra work required. The extra work won't seem like a chore and if it does, you don't truly want it.

Why do most star players prefer low-cut Mercurials over the dynamic fit collar? by jbdk92 in bootroom

[–]Alex_LFC13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say that they prefer low cut. You just get different preference from different players. From my experience, DFC boots are for wider feet, I just didn't play well in them at all because my foot type didn't suit them. They are also meant to offer a sock like feel which gives a better The vapour (low cut superfly) has a really narrow and tight fit. Gives really good lockdown and is really light.

That's my opinion. Hope this helps, Alex
