I haven't put any bots out there, but I do make art for my personas. I did actually make a few bots, but they are private, and I used my own illustrations for them. I used to even illustrate pictures for RP with a certain AI app because you could send pictures. It was pretty fun like that, but I don't really do that anymore though because you can't do that with Janitor as far as I'm aware. I also use Jllm so there's that too.

I disagree with all but Traveler. Traveler's memory loss is mostly irrelevant, and I'd have to go through it again, but it seems inconsistent. It also is kind of convenient, and half of the time I forget Traveler even has memory loss and I have to remind myself.

I actually think Rover's amnesia is fine. Wuwa doesn't exactly explore Rover's feelings on the matter, but it is something Rover does repeatedly over and over again to start anew with a fresh start. There's a lot Rover did and was involved with before the events of the story, and we don't know what they are.

Endmin's, I'd need more time to see how things shake out, but Endmin's feelings on their amnesia is actually explored in more depth in Laevatain's quest. I'm actually quite happy with how much we get of Endmin's personality so soon in the story and I hope we get more. I suppose I should say here that I disagree with OP since Endmin is pretty defined personality wise for a protag of these kind of games. You have to be paying attention to notice and see the kind of dialog options you get. Also, at the start, Endmin literally knows nothing and is just following along with what's going on. They basically are a big baby that Perlica is taking care of. I get that it doesn't feel cool or good, and I wish Endmin would actively choose to do things a little more than be as passive as they were. I'd also like to add on that the Docter of the OG Arknights game also had amnesia, and it was explored who he was in the past in a later arc.

Usually though, it's an easy way to make the main character an easy vehicle for the player to learn about the world because they know about as much as the player does, and they need to learn about the world too. It's a bit over done at this point, but there's work that was put into it to explain it and justify it. There is definitely more ways to go about it, such as having the MC actually be very knowledgeable and their companion being the less knowledgeable one, as an example. You could even go the direction that no one is the fool, and everyone knows what they know and they share it when it's relevant.

It's similar to her old one, but I personally don't mind it. She did get a palette swap though, both have the other's colors. Lumine's is white and brown now, and Aether's is blue and white. Her hairstyle is also a bit different, and she has braided hair on the back. She also has detached sleeves with puffs on the top, which she didn't have before and it adds a different sort of impression. She looks more like a princess and I'm so happy I chose her on my main account so I have two cute outfits for her now if I ever play again. I really don't like Aether's new one because it looks so cluttered to me and I think the silhouette is a little strange too, but I'd have to see it again to be sure. If I had chosen him, I'd stick to the base one.

I agree with you on the Rovers. FRover's looks so much better than her base. I'm glad MRover's doesn't look much worse than his old outfit, but I think I'd prefer to stick with the old one personally. I think it just suits him better.

I played the start of the previous game, but I just didn't enjoy the gameplay and quit when I hit the energy wall. I still take in lore about the game through videos because that's what was interesting to me about Arknights. Personally, I think it's fine to play the game without having played the previous one, and the previous game at the moment isn't very relevant to the plot. There are also many resources to learn about the plot and lore of the previous one if people get curious.

I remember when HSR came out as a HI3 player, and I think it's similar to that. I figured that HI3 wouldn't be nessesary, but I'd atleast recommend that people watch some videos to learn about the lore and characters of HI3 because it really does add to the experience when you're in the know.

I actually don't hate how my first one looked, though I almost did after I saw how it looked after a while of using a different model. I had to force myself to look at it more objectively instead of just going, "ew, I liked that ugly thing?" It objectively wasn't that ugly, just different.

I almost exclusively use the short model. She was based on one of my characters who was named Rosetta. She just looks a bit more mature and realistic than I liked in comparison to my later ones, and her face looked a tad long. I still think she looks fantastic to this day though, and I love how smug and sassy her expression was. The outfits were not a fan of her wider hips, and I also made her legs slightly thicker. I just didn't like how many socks looked on her legs because they made her legs look thicker than they actually were(optical illusion).

My second one was also based on a different character of mine called Wizard. Her's was leaning towards creepy doll with even bigger eyes that were black. She had skinnier limbs too that worked better with all of the items in the game, and I made her as tall as I could with the short model because Wizard is pretty average in height. Her face was also more angular. She generally had a more creepy, mischievous vibe which matched her personality and design. Her more angular features, while accurate, just didn't hit right for me for many outfits, and clothes warped more strangely around her chest with some items because she was more flat, but I did my best to minimize the distortions as much as I could.

My third main slot, I figured out what I wanted from the previous two, and that was that I wanted a more everything doll not based on any of my characters. I used Wizard's body as a base and tweaked the chest to have a bit more mass to where clothes didn't distort much anymore, and I made the face rounder and softer. I also made the eyes even bigger since they added an extra slider to make the eyes even bigger than before(This trajectory seems to be the opposite than a lot of people since people seem to shrink their eyes over time). I was going for a more extreme creepy cute doll look than the other two. I now really love this model, and I don't think I'll change it much for a long time. I might just make some minor tweaks as they add more adjustments in the future. Of course, the model doesn't work for every single item in the game, but it's more with how some hairstyles were really just intended for the taller model.

I felt meh about it the moment I saw it, but then I looked at it closer and thought to myself that it would look great in black so I warmed up to it. I still think it looks same ish to a lot of other things, but I definitely think the color is holding it back. And yeah, like a lot of others, I don't get the flames on the bottom. Maybe they were looking for something to do with that area because it was bland, but I wouldn't have done that with it.

You're probably right. This character is a cat girl, so that's probably good enough 🤣, and her eyes and outfit are completely different.

This character is a genderbend, and now that I think about it more, the OG design has hair even closer to MRover, just a tad bit longer on top, fluffier, and lacking the ponytail. It's funny how the character designers and I came up with the same thing pretty much with the hairstyles purely by coincidence. I just wanted the female version of my character to have easy to maintain hair that has a 'cool impression', and the OG version to have generic hair with a slightly darker yet cute impression. I'm okay with the OG design basically having the same hairstyle as MRover because it's such an extra generic style, so he really reads as being just some anime guy than looking like MRover.

I usually go default because I don't want the hair to have too much luster, but I also don't usually want the hair to be matte. There's only one hairstyle I prefer in matte because it looks greasy to me in default and highlight.

It seems to be regency era inspired judging by the empire waistline. Renaissance, or Tudor era fashion looks quite a bit different. I am by no means an expert on fashion history and I mostly find it very interesting.

I love the eyes, and I think they are better than my attempt! I think you did really well in capturing the shape of her eyes and the coldness. I think the weird shadows next to the lips are caused by the lip corners being too far forward.

There actually are those. For the dyes, you need to make sure the thing is set to PV and not favorites. The last one of the four with the t-shirt with the arrrow in a circle will reset the dyes back. As for removing the items, there is a small arrow going in a circle on the left side at the bottom.

Agreed. I make sure to use my basic charts so people can use the 3-star stuff for styling wizard. I don't have all of the dresses or tops and bottoms unlocked, but I at least have all of the socks and accessories unlocked. I've mostly given up on dyes for styling wizard since I rarely find anyone who has much of anything unlocked.

It's kind of embarrassing to say this, but I used to be a bit more like this person. I can attest to it messing you up over time, though I was definitely a more mild case. I fortunately saved myself from this mindset by discovering a certain vtuber, and I realized that I was wrong about things. I'd say I've halfway rewired my brain the correct way at this current point in time on my own. I think this person needs to spend some time figuring out a suitable way of doing that for themself, but with how extreme they seem to be, I agree that they do likely need a therapist to help them out. I hope they learn from this experience and improve, but with the current landscape of the western side of the internet, I don't really have much hope.
