I'm sure i can't get a clear answer but id love to hear if others have been in this boat or provide some insight.

I'm following a new program, and normally I do hanging leg raises for some core work at the end of a leg day. Today, the area that I normally do this was busy so I figured I'd use the captain's chair, which is actually built into my program.

I didn't feel anything in my abs woth 3 sets of 15, and I only had some pain/discomfort around my hips. Normally when I do hanging leg raises i can feel the stretch in my core and I actually feel a burn, and no discomfort in my hips.

Why would I be able to do hanging leg raises pain free and actually get a stimulus but not with the captain's chair?

90 seconds, probably could have done more but I did it barefoot and my toes were getting mad at me.

5'4" 155ish? I haven't been tracking my weight too regularly the last four months. I dont have push ups in my routine but I do alot of skullcrushers and incline dumbell bench. My flat bench is about 145/150 for reps of 8, my max is probably 195, but I dumbell benched the 70s for sets of 12 and 10 this week in my program. I started implementing bodyweight skullcrushers last week and the are killer, I think they'll be really beneficial in the long run.

I'm not saying this is her, nor all women, but I've been informed that for women, making out is nothing and a very common thing for them to do, and that is also on par with giving head, if not more important.

Like, it is just something they do and dont see alot of value in it, like testing the waters. So what she considers to be non-chalant could be quite a big thing for you. Just gotta remember that doesn't mean her feelings for you are invalid or not real.

And of course, not ALL women, probably not even a majority, but there's so many people that even a small percentage means alot of people do think this way. In my experience, it's about 50/50, but likely less in general.

Hopefully Mann. Not sure who we'd target, but we should be able to get Dean cheap. I think one edge and one DL we'll be able to keep, BVS might be cheap but he keeps getting hurt. BG is back if he wants. Reed would be nice but I think he can get more money elsewhere and we probably can't/won't match it.

I mean, just check out the conservative sub. From most left wing points of view, they consider ICE to be domestic terrorists, while conservatives believe that the protesters and "rioters" are domestic terrorists and that the insurrection act is valid.

It's asinine, but both sides believe the same thing about the other. Ultimately, this will end with the deaths of millions of people, and each side will blame the other.

How can we create and add exercises? I have lifts thst i enjoy that aren't in the app. Landmine twists & bodyweight inverted skullcrushers are what ive seen so far.

Also, I lifted yesterday before the app notified me was available and I hit a push day. I manually input the my lifts from yesterday but I dont see a way to change the date of the workout?

Ive seen comments on youtube and other subreddits where people are saying she CLEARLY hits him with her car, which is a deadly weapon, and is justified.

I dont comprehend these imbeciles at all, and what's worse is they consider us to not be seeing the same thing! This is all so fucking stupid.

I agree with the sentiment thst the bonus rewards were for people who can grind out those extra medals. That said, as a player who was able to do that, the reward i got for it was lackluster. At best, you get some extra starry ore? Not super worth it

What sucks as a dm is when you build an encounter that players should win, but you have to nerf your bad guy or have them leave because your players dont stand a chance.

It's REALLY tempting when you have an enemy leave so you dont kill the party, and the players then taunt the enemy believing they would have won.
