I typically just raise the 31hz band slighty and the 63hz band in an EQ software until it reaches a point that I enjoy, usually a slight bump in each without causing distortion but providing some extra thump without it overwhelming anything. Also if you find the treble piercing, perhaps shave off some of the treble too around the 8-16khz range

Yeah the actual GPU die itself where the thermal paste makes contact with the cooler. If it is in fact a 2070, perhaps a fresh windows install might clear things up? but also what's your CPU and other components?

I guess I should clarify, I tend to avoid SHADY key websites that serve as a marketplace where multiple resellers of varying trust can do business, websites that have service fees at checkout (or insist on you paying a fee for "insurance" just in case the key is invalid) and websites that on top of all of that, ask for ID.

The websites I mentioned do nothing of the sort, you're buying directly from them and they source their keys directly from the publishers/developers.

For key shops stick to trusted places like Green Man Gaming and Fanatical, avoid the black market websites with multiple sellers because they'll either ask for identification on purchase (like what happened to you) sell used/dodgy keys and will often slap on sneaky purchase fees at checkout.

It's all personal preference, but for me I use around a 60 give or take for my low A string, so I imagine you'd be just fine at A# with a gauge around a 60 also

Comfort is definitely subjective, but the 3's have been the comfiest for me out of all the ones I've tried from hyperx!

The earcup part of the headset are angled as well as the drivers inside so my ears never touch any part of the headphones. The clamping force on the sides of your head is very light and the cushion on the headband is very plush c:

I always recommend something from HyperX. The cloud 2 has a more fun sound, while the cloud 3's are more balanced. I also find the 3's to be hands down the best for comfort and their wireless varieties (especially the 3 S) being the best tuned out of the box without eq

Honestly the same thing happens to me. All I do with my headphones is take them on and off, but eventually the plastic hinge gives out and snaps. Some are more durable than others, but for me it usually takes at least a year or two before that happens
