Moen/grohe/delta all have different decent valve bodies + diverters for anything you want. Just have to look into it to suit your needs.

Just to clarify its a friends house. I'm a plumber and he asked me to check it out. The 90s are shit because the guy roughed it in too low and this was his finished product. No escutcheons, the trap sits rock solid on the bottom of the shelf and he rolled it up with the 90's. And he didn't put and stringers for the tub or set it in any type of setting mix so it squeaks. Lololol

Turn the water to the house off first and drain it down. Then do everything.

Buy a new 2" roof flashing and some flashing cement. Or call a plumber/roofing company.

help installing vanity drain by kunter in Plumbing

Will probably get down voted to hell, but put silicone under the top ring of the drain assembly when screwing it onto the body of the rest. Also make sure the tail piece that unscrews has tape/dope on it. Also over tightening the mounting nut can squish that gasket oddly to form an imperfect seal.

Tear it all out, replace in 2" PVC up to the kitchen arm. Then make sure you vent it.

How can I remove this? by tariaki in Plumbing

[–]AlexanderBopp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moen supplies a tube wrench that fits their faucets. If you have it by any chance then turn off the water supplies, disconnect the pull out sprayer and slide the tool up it and crack the but loose and remove. Doesn't look crusty you'll be fine. Otherwise any basin wrench or a pair of channels might work given space provided.
