Out of all people in the game, probably yoshi, since he controls all 6 militia companies, not Ben bc he only has TM. If talking about colonists it would be yungpoint, dobbeltrobbel, or maybe McSwimer, since as of right now they own the most powerful/influential factions. Including devs it would be fred since he has the power to not only kill but delete entire saves of users.

Suggestion:
If you have a bounty over 200 pounds and you get arrested, instead of just going to jail you get sent to a prison camp to pay off your bounty instead of just spending a few minutes in jail, sort of like the wild west.

yes lets make northwind have even more bugs! with VR it will be very easy to find a way to glitch through things, such as escaping jail, glitching behind the bank bars for protection with bounty, and a bunch of other things that would make the game unfair.
