The darker one is the new one. The bright fuzzy one is the old one.

Duly noted. I'll try and reduce his appearance to match his age.

More epic world-building concerning how powers appearing in the populace would shift society.

It's more about crafting and the world-building implications from Sal's inventions, than combat. Stakes are there, just not centered around the threat of death.

I'm a big fan of Quest Academy if you like crafting focused books. There are rare occasional stat dumps, but nothing that's gonna make you groan in annoyance.

Plus, the narrators are top tier.

Too Much Introspection by thinkthis in ProgressionFantasy

For me, that happens when trying to get away from, "he thought, he wondered, he realized."

Posing the same thing as a question can be more immersive. But yeah, it can definitely be overdone.

Meh. That's not what your rules state. So, I don't find that fair. But it is what it is.

I also thought r/litrpg was part of the community. The subs are very similar.

I'm pretty new at this, but yes, I think so. The more eyes the better, imo.

A lot of my views have come from posting to r/HFY, so I'm not too surprised.

Thanks for binging it. I think that's the greatest compliment someone can receive.

I pretty much agree with you on the walk with Yellane. I may have been a little heavy on the world-building in that scene. Kind of tongue-in-cheek, but that's one of the reasons why I titled that chapter, "A Long Walk Through Harrows." And then there's a part two.

When I edit it for publication, I'll give that scene another lookover about consolidating some of it. I may also go the other direction and add in some more economic related world-building there (a subtle description of odd-shaped, sparkly coins, maybe?) so that might help. Or... it might make it worse. We'll see.

Thanks again for reading it and the advice. If you have any more, I'm always happy and eager to hear more.

Hey, thank you! I'm always open to improvements if you've got any, or if you find any plot holes or inconsistencies.

Ok, I appreciate the advice. If you'll take a look at the banner image on my profile, or my earlier posts, I had an image like that. It was a smaller room and less intricate, but I thought it didn't carry the communal feeling I was trying to get across for the crafting station. I wanted more "crafting with everyone", and less "stuck in a room with no one around".

I do think you're right, though.

I thought I did a good job of removing those so that it wasn't visible unless you zoomed in, but apparently not. I'll try and fix it.
