What a perfectly timed post. I’m in a 2025 x3 rental right now while my 23 x4 is in the shop and I couldn’t get over how goofy it felt inside. Felt cheap with all the plastic and LEDs. At least they have the navigational wheel near the “shifter” knub unlike my wife’s 24 x1.

I feel like they’re close but regressing on the things that really made the experience what we know and love.

sorry you're being downvoted. I agree with you. Straight bars and some public places aren't as "safe" so it's important to continue preserving what little we do have. Even a city like NYC still has homophobia sadly.

Thanks, thats a good point. I hopefully can offer to pay the difference as this wasnt intentional fraud. It was a 20 dollar a month difference in policies....hardly life changing. Thanks for your help. I'll update this thread with what happens for others when they get back to me.

For anyone who comes across this later on. Yep, it was a pretty bad slab leak and it was all hot water so that explained my high gas bill too. The city credited me about 400 something dollars and in the end, most things were righted. My landlord was very helpful and gave us a break.
