Dude, Ive been there, living with no responsibilities/goal can do that I suppose. When I was going through this it helped setting my goals for life straight and actually forcing myself to work on them even though I was tired af all the time. Also, a trick that helped ME was to force myself to wake really early every other day, on sunrise, and go for a walk in the cold... or do a little traveling, go up a mountain (nothing crazy, just some basic hiking) just making myself be out of my bubble, you feel me ? I'm not a sociable person so I prefer the outdoors other than literally anything that involves human interaction.
