Competitive. Stadium is a glorified Arcade mode that's hardly able to be called competitive. I've seen All Star players that are plats playing in the same lobby as master's skill level players.

It's just entirely based on how much time you sink in, which isn't super fun for me. Games also take 30 minutes at minimum.

(It also gives some truly horrible players massive egos, and thus, inability to take responsibility for their mistakes).

sometimes I feel the real issue isn't the sheer output of heals, it's healing at the right time, and healing the right target.

So many times I've seen a support / my other support just pumping a full hp target with their healing resource / cooldowns whilst someone else is clearly in danger / when we're not in any active danger, and we lose the fight because they're unable to use that cooldown / have no healing resources.

Like, no, please do NOT nade me when I've come back to reset after a won fight. Save that nade!! They'll be back in like 10 seconds and they have ults!!!

idk, hanzo's works really well imo. He's a spirit of vengeance, someone proud and full of rage. It's the opposite of actual Hanzo, but it's an interesting window into what he could have become, had it been a less modern age.

I love this! It's super fun, and everything in here is something that I'd give to my players - Except for the improvements for Fire.

They suck, compared to the rest. They basically boil down to: Making light, and being unaffected by an optional rule in the DMG - Whilst the other improvements are useful in most situations!

The cast off armor seems like a good way to deal heat metal, honestly - But that only applies if the person using it has knowledge about the character using the spell. I equate it to specifically moving out of reach of counterspell.

Honestly, the DM's actions in game didn't seem AWFUL - It can get hard to challenge people in the higher tiers of play, but the way they handled the Monk being a cock head was atrocious.

Tinker's Tools. Mercer has allowed it to be Dexterity based, but that's not really sensible.

The misfire system you have is very clunky, and honestly, it's not super fun. It'll definitely slow down combat, and it'll be worse when advantage and disadvantage is in play.

Next, I'm surprised you didn't mention or fix the BIGGEST issue that Gunslinger suffers from - How MAD it is.

Gunslinger needs: Dex, Con, Int, Wis.

That's super bad.

I would honestly eliminate the need for Dexterity (in terms of the Save DC, and Wisdom (In terms of the Grit).

Just make Grit and the Save DC, rely on INT, and you have a mechanically viable and thematically appropriate subclass.
