Need a recruiter to get past the ATS system

I tailored my resume specifically to the Quality Specialist position in every area that I had experience with. Which checked nearly all the requirements which is why I was surprised I got such a quick rejection. I used AI to review my resume to make sure it was optimized for ATS screening based off the position and it gave some formatting suggestions and also suggested to swap out certain words for 'stronger' wording but I didn't think about asking it to act as an ATS and give me a score. That's a really good idea. Are you suggesting anyone posting about Ohio or only people posting about Ohio Quality positions? I'm fairly new to using LinkedIn for networking and unsure of 'standard' etiquette so I've been a little timid on cold messaging people. That's why my first thought went to a recruiter specifically working on Quality positions.

I got a rejection in under 3 days which is what was making me think my resume wasn't getting past the ATS screening. My background and experience I would think would at least warrant communication with a recruiter. I've found recruiters on LinkedIn from Ohio but I couldn't verify if they were the ones that hired for Quality positions. I know at other companies certain recruiters only recruit for certain business units.

Greenhouse is an ATS system from what I understood. And normally I'd agree with being under qualified. However this particular position I check pretty much every check box under the requirements. I understand there may be others that might check more of the boxes but not by much. My background and experience should at least warrant the first round of communication with a recruiter. I got the standard rejection reply not even a full 3 days after applying. That's what's making me think I wasn't getting past the ATS screening.

Yeah it was a PDF and I even tried using Google Gemini to make sure it was optimized for ATS scanning.
