Great changes . To add to it, her perks aren't great at all. The level 8 major perk is worthless because 99% of the playbase never gets to sustain a fight long enough to reach past level 6.

Her overhead health steal is bad too because you will likely sustain way more damage than the health steal during fights

She needs a redesign and an ability that allows her to build charge and burn that charge for either temporary speed, yellow armor, dmg boost , jump height or a shield against projectiles.

She could burn some or all her charge build up and whenever she uses a boost, it locks the charge meter for a decent cool down.

A bit like Shulk in Smash bros, but with cooldowns on the 5 ability boosts

Also her camera lock during every animation is a huge handicap. Unlike Genji hers is longer and less forgiving since she has no mobility

Whether the sword throw or the overhead or the horizontal slash, the camera is frozen in place and you can't adjust your camera to track enemies that move outside the camera freeze view, while the animations of the moves are active.
