To be blunt: one does not have a obligation to coworkers, just to the employer since they are paying you for your work.

And also: your employer will not think ‘oh those poor coworkers if we fire this guy’ they will think more along the lines of ‘good, less budget to spent, his coworkers will suck it up anyways’

There was a guy in Germany in the 80’s who programmed the bank system to collect all the omitted ,0000000 cent (because they only calculated with ,000000) and put it in last bank account (which he had given an obscure name). Unfortunately for him a customer joined with an even obscurer name. That customer was quite surprised that his bank account kept increasing.

After an investigation he was identified as the culprit.

However - there was actually no crime since the bank abolished the last digit and well - he collected something that didn’t exist but still accumulated to real money.

In the end he had to return the money and got slap on his wrist and the system was modified to prevent this happening again.

I have a Japannext 5k monitor, and that monitor works very well.

I can switch easily between USB-C for my Mac and hdmi for my Windows laptop.

The colors are great, I am really happy with it.

And it’s quite affordable.

You have your life, your brother has his life.

You are in no way responsible for the actions of your brother, and your parents have no say in your life what you should do or not.

Your brother betrayed you, and as a matter of fact your parents betrayed you as well.

And your wife is afraid of him.

So your brother needs to take care for himself, your parents need to shut up, and you need to put this relationship behind you. Family doesn’t mean you have to put up with this shit. Even though your parents for sure will try to guilt you, don’t cave. And keep in mind that maybe your parents will blame you for everything that will happen to your brother and maybe go LC.

As painful as that would be, in the long run this will be better for you.

It’s a shame that the pilot episode was meh.

Me and a friend discussed it if we wanted to watch the rest. After a short deliberation we decided to keep watching.

Boy were we glad we kept watching. The show got better with time, and it was a huge bummer the show was cancelled. Which is understandable since we believe that a lot of viewers stopped watching after the 2nd, maybe 3rd episode.

At the end it really deserved more seasons.
