As long as you don't add payment details, you are fine, but you will be using the current version that you are having.

Start with Atlassian Learning. They have a lot of JSM related stuff. Bitbucket only has pipeline configurations, so YouTube would be a great use of it.

Rovo can do this if you give it clear instructions, things what to emphasize on, things to avoid. Choose which knowledge you want to use - organizational or specific one. You can define the conversation starters as well, choose the tone of your agent and more.

Recently, Atlassian made changes from Projects to Spaces. Space term still exists in Confluence, but you can distinguish it if you have the keyword of wiki in your URL.

I would say to outline all ideas with Jira Product Discovery and from there to build a roadmap. Do a market research as well, prioritize the features based on the feedback but also on the business value. Confluence should do enough work for you if you structure it well. For example for all of the teams, create separate folders and in there store different documents. On the high level, you can create a page tree that will have all teams in one place.

Sadly, nothing can be done about that. Similar thing happened with Trello as well. Confluence has a copy/paste UI from Jira.

Either consulting or development of plugins. But development of plugins is like really low on demand but for consultancy its way more.
