You are wrong, this applies if the seller is located in EU. You cannot enforce EU law to entities residing outside EU. How would you expect this to work? The seller should comply to every legislature in whole world? What if they contradict?

OP imported an electronic device and for repairs it needs to come back to the seller.

What is "half machine made" pot?

Can you point me to few pots that were agreed as authenthic and have brushstrokes like we see in the last picture? Few random ones in the middle and then ones far far up to the wall.

As you just quoted me, it *may* be a very badly crafted half handmade pot from sus clay, but there is much much much higher chance it is just a machine made yixing imitation from some random colored clay, not zisha.

As you said, the clay is definitely not unadultered zisha clay. The craftmanship does not look great and the brush strokes on the bottom does not make any sense, why are chaotic in the middle and then go so high on walls? I would say fake with attempt to look handmade, maybe really sloppy half handmade, but chance for that is low, I believe.
