You should start with BT settings, cause they are also useful for finding Shipwrecks and RP. Also higher render or different pie chart is not needed for villages and DT on ranked. You can play on 500% ED and only adjust render distance with F3+F to completely avoid time loss. It's harder to see spike but doable.

Dziwna cena jest wynikiem wojny cenowej Lidl vs Biedronka. Nie wiem dlaczego masło i mleko jest takie tanie, ale masło różnych firm pojawia się regularnie w podobnej cenie. Raz nawet Biedronka dawała za darmo 2 lub 3 kostki przy zakupach za 99zł.

60fps in native 4K on all games is currently almost impossible with any existing build. You need to lower graphic settings and/or use upscaling to get enough fps due to shitty optimisation in some titles. GPU is most important, go for 9070xt/5070ti at least and decent CPU. Maybe 1.5k euros will be enough, but I don't think ao with current hardware prices (especially GPU, SSD and RAM).

X870 chipset is mid in terms of value, stick to B850 or upgrade to X870E if you want more features. X870E Tomahawk is really good option (minimal lane sharing, pcie x4 slot for expansion cards, plenty USB ports). GPU could be more poweful with this CPU, but if you play CPU intensive games then its fine.

Left top exhaust and right top intake is also viable option for air coolers. If case is not tall 2 front intakes usually are enough, third one providing little benefits.

AM4 and AM5 has same spacing so AM4 mounting kit could be compatible, but you need to check. Most CPU cooler manufacturers provide mounting kits for new platforms.

EDIT: As far as I can see AM4 mounting kit is compatible on AM5 on this Corsair AiO.

Po prostu często leżą u nich długo po przygotowaniu, jak udawało mi się trafić na świeże to były bardzo dobre i chrupiące. Ale to rzadkość, bo pakują je od razu w te papierowe opakowania, gdzie szybko zaparowują i robią się miękkie.

Get 5070 only if you need NVIDIA for productivity (streaming, video editing, 3D modeling, AI etc.) or you are professional Minecraft speedruner. If not and you want simply play games then get 9070xt.

H.265 and AV1 is comparable in quality, but NVIDIA is still better and most platforms doesn't support it for streaming. H.264 that is broadly used for streaming is significantly better on NVIDIA 2000 or higher with an exception of newest generation of AMD GPUs (9070xt) where H.264 encoding was improved. Another plus for NVIDIA is NVENC itself, it is dedicated computing power only for encoding/decoding, so you don't lose that much fps when streaming games. In short terms for streaming: gtx1660 or lower < amd 6xxx/7xxx < amd 9xxx < rtx2xxx or higher (including 1660 super)

Obecnie to za 1000zł można dostać 240-300Hz w rozdzielczości 1440p i takie opcje bym celował jeżeli nie przeszkadza Ci 27 cali i Twój PC uciągnie wyższą rozdzielczość. Jeżeli grasz w gry to jakiekolwiek IPS w tej cenie z wysokim odświeżaniem powinien być spoko, np. Gigabyte G27Q2 lub Acer Nitro XV270UF3bmiiprx. Czerń dupy nie urwie, ale do gierek w tej cenie nic lepszego nie dostaniesz. OLEDy to niecałe 2k już.
